Pre-Employment / Functional Capacity Evaluations
Pre-Employment evaluations are usually requested by employers to assess,
to perform work related tasks safely. Contrary to what many believe, pre-employments identify areas that an employee maybe at risk of injury. Therefore, the employer can then modify that task decreasing or eliminating the risk of injury whilst employed.
